Provide prompt assistance to FIT customers traveling in the US

Coordinate amendments of service and hotel reservations and extra arrangements according to customers' requirements. Liaise with sales offices,
local suppliers, and other departments within the company. Check itineraries for individuals traveling to the US to confirm that schedules are feasible.
Accompany VIP clients if necessary in order to ensure smooth running of tours

Requirements
Qualified candidates should have:

Good written and verbal English skills. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
Previous experience in and extensive knowledge of the travel industry.
Excellent knowledge of the geography of North America. Strong problem solving,
communication, organization, and computer skills, including knowledge
of booking engines and systems.The ability to build good relationships with
customers and suppliers. A willingness to work flexible hours. The ability to
work well under pressure and under strict deadlines. College degree is a plus
