- Escorted Tours
Escorted Motorcoach Tour Coordinators (New York)
Duties:
__ Oversee weekly departures of multi-lingual tours traveling throughout the
East or West Coasts
__ Contract services for each tour to include motorcoaches, hotels, guides,
meals and attractions
__ Liaise with tour guides while on-tour resolving any issues that may arise
__ Debrief tour guides upon completion of tours
__ Liaise with clients on customer service issues
Skills:
__ Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
__ Detail oriented
__ Willing to work long hours and weekends as needed
__ Excellent written English and communication skills a must
__ Languages (French, Portuguese, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, German) a plus
__ Location: AmericanTPro New York
