Duties:
Quote ad-hoc group requests from international clients
Negotiate with suppliers (hotels, restaurants, attractions) for rates and services
Prepare proposals for clients with all requested services and information
Operate and oversee tours as they are confirmed
Responsible for complete accounting of each group file
Skills:
Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize
Previous hospitality industry experience, preferably in meetings & incentives
Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
Excellent written English skills as well as presentation / proposal abilities
Good computer and research skills
Italian, French, Portuguese or Spanish speaking a plus
