- FIT Department

Provide prompt assistance to FIT customers traveling in the US

• Coordinate amendments of service and hotel reservations and extra arrangements
    according to customers' requirements
• Liaise with sales offices, local suppliers, and other departments within the company
• Check itineraries for individuals traveling to the US to confirm that schedules are feasible
• Accompany VIP clients if necessary in order to ensure smooth running of tours

Requirements
Qualified candidates should have:

• Good written and verbal English skills. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Previous experience in and extensive knowledge of the travel industry.
• Excellent knowledge of the geography of North America.
• Strong problem solving, communication, organization, and computer skills, including
    knowledge of booking engines and systems.
• The ability to build good relationships with customers and suppliers.
• A willingness to work flexible hours.
• The ability to work well under pressure and under strict deadlines.
• College degree is a plus
